You will want to find that in Xplore, and it most likely will be under Internal Storage -> Download. When you edit your save on the save editor website, it will download as, leave it in this format for now. You tap internal storage -> Android -> Data -> -> files. Xplore may look daunting but fret not! The folder in which fallout shelter save data is saved is under internal storage.
